Final Judging Panel
The scoring of participants in the Asia Internet Celebrity Creative Competition is composed of two main parts: online engagement and professional judging.
We are honored to invite the following renowned figures to serve as members of the final judging panel:

Teddy Chan (陳德森)
Mr. Chan Tak-Sum is a distinguished Hong Kong director, screenwriter, and producer with a career spanning over four decades since 1978. His acclaimed works include Downtown Torpedoes, Purple Storm, and The Accidental Spy, with Bodyguards and Assassins earning him the Best Director Award at the Hong Kong Film Awards.
Renowned for his signature storytelling that blends action and emotion, Mr. Chan has long been committed to advancing the local film and television industry and nurturing new creative talent. As Chief Judge of the Asia Internet Celebrity Creative Competition, he brings his wealth of professional experience and insights to inspire and guide participants.

Emil Chan (陳家豪)
Emil Chan is a prominent figure in the fields of financial services and startups, playing a key role in shaping the cross-border financial landscape and advising enterprises on digital transformation. In the media and cultural industries, Emil has unique insights into IP operations, pan-entertainment content, paid knowledge models, and digital communication strategies, actively promoting innovation and cross-sector integration of cultural content.
He is also a dedicated mentor to startups, a lecturer at several prestigious universities, and holds core positions in multiple influential industry organizations. Known for his deep expertise and impartial professionalism, Emil has frequently been invited to serve as a judge in various competitions spanning business innovation, tech entrepreneurship, and cultural creativity—helping identify and nurture emerging talent in the industry.
Emil’s contributions go far beyond the realm of finance. He is committed to inspiring innovative thinking and fostering the growth of a vibrant and supportive ecosystem.

Karen Fung (馮嘉寶)
Ms Karen Fung has dedicated her career in professional education, talent development and corporate services for over 20 years. As the General Manager, heading the HKPC Academy, Inno Space and SME One of the Hong Kong Productivity Council, she strives to promote a network of “InnoPreneurs” (i.e. “Innovative Entrepreneurs”) to support entrepreneurs of SMEs and start-ups in achieving growth through innovation and technology application. The SME Reach out team under her division carries the mission of promoting government funding schemes and support.She is currently a member of various bodies including the Innovation and Technology Training Board of the Vocational Training Council, the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee of the Trade and Industry Department, the Corporate Tech Academy Network, and the Young Executives Club of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.

Giann Chan (陳芷瑩)
A travel, beauty, and fashion KOL and model, Giann is active across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan. She is known for her expertise in professional photography and aesthetic design. Giann has had the privilege of collaborating with luxury brands such as Dior, CELINE, Lancôme, and Chanel, as well as prestigious hotel groups including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Marriott Bonvoy.
She has also served as an official ambassador for the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and the Abu Dhabi Tourism Board, with her content reaching over 5 million audiences across the Asia-Pacific region.
